Account Managers are responsible for:

• Managing client relationships for a specified portfolio of properties
• Achieving individual sales goals and contributing to to the departments overall growth and sales goals
• Meeting clients at their properties and conceptualizing property maintenance and/or garden design services
• Working with our operations department to ensure timely deliver of services
• Communicating with our purchasing department to ensure production of plant material
• Visiting work sites as often as needed to direct work and find teachable moments with our crews
• Learning and mastering our company-wide software to create work tickets and estimates

Experience required:

• At least 3 years of residential landscape sales
• An ability to forge long-lasting client relationships
• Experiencing in managing a high volume of individual accounts
• Open communication and problem solving skills
• A clean RMV driving record
